Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be Brazilian or have a local ID?

No. You don’t need a CPF or a Brazilian address — your passport details are enough.

Is the prescription valid at Brazilian pharmacies?

Yes. The doctor issues a digital prescription (receita) accepted at pharmacies across Brazil.

Can you refill the medication I take at home?

In most cases yes, after a medical assessment. Note that controlled medications cannot be prescribed online under Brazilian law (Portaria 344/98) and may require an in-person visit.

Which languages does the doctor speak?

English, Spanish and Italian, besides Portuguese.

Can I get a fit-to-fly or travel certificate?

Yes, when clinically appropriate after the consultation.

How do I pay?

Securely online by card (international cards accepted). One simple flat fee per consultation, shown before you confirm — no subscription.

Telemedicine in line with Brazil’s CFM and Law No. 14.510/2022. Controlled medications (Portaria 344/98) cannot be prescribed online. We do not sell medical documents: every service is a medical consultation, and any prescription, certificate or report depends on the doctor’s assessment.
