Consultations run every day from 8am to 10pm (Brazil time, GMT-3). Pick any free time in the calendar: you choose your own slot and it is confirmed as soon as you pay — no need to wait for anyone to get back to you. At the time you chose, the doctor contacts you on WhatsApp just before the video call.

In Brazil that is a blue prescription: by law it cannot be issued digitally. It goes on a numbered form that we send you by post, with a shipping fee quoted for your address. Ask for it when you book, in the field below — not afterwards. It takes a few working days to arrive: if you are leaving Brazil this week it will not get to you in time, and we would rather tell you before you pay.
