15. Ad measurement and third-party tools
To know whether our campaigns are working and to measure how the site is used, we use third-party tools that may install cookies or identifiers in your browser:
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms). The Pixel records visits to our pages and actions such as clicking a request or booking button, and reads the click identifier that Meta attaches to our ad links (
fbclid). When a service is booked, the Conversions API may report that conversion to Meta using contact data converted into an irreversible hash, so Meta can recognize that the ad led to a booking — without receiving your data in plain text. - Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager (Google). These measure visits, traffic source, and conversions. They respect your choice in the cookie notice through Google's consent mode.
What we never send to these tools: health information, medications, answers from the medical form, or any content from your medical record. That data stays exclusively within your care, as described in section 11.
Legal basis. Ad measurement relies on your consent, given through the cookie notice, and, for contact data used as a hash by the Conversions API, on our legitimate interest in measuring campaign effectiveness (LGPD, art. 7, IX — Brazil's General Data Protection Law), always using minimized, irreversible data.
How to opt out. By choosing Reject in the cookie notice, Google's tags stop storing ad and analytics data, and the Meta Pixel stops sending events and has its cookies (_fbp, _fbc) deleted from this browser. Until you respond to the notice, measurement works normally. You can also block third-party cookies in your browser and manage your activity off Meta technologies in your account settings ("Your activity off Meta technologies"). To exercise any right under section 10, write to the contact listed in section 14.
