Consultations run every day from 8am to 10pm (Brazil time, GMT-3). Pick any free time in the calendar: you choose your own slot and it is confirmed as soon as you pay — no need to wait for anyone to get back to you. At the time you chose, the doctor contacts you on WhatsApp just before the video call.

In Brazil that is a blue (B1) prescription — PresençaMed already issues it digitally. When appropriate, you receive it on your phone right after the consultation, no mail needed. Blue B2 (appetite suppressants) is not issued by us.
