Your prescription travels by post
It is a paper prescription, so we post it to an address in Brazil.
Why is this prescription not digital?
Sleeping medication and other controlled drugs need Brazil's blue prescription. By law it cannot be issued digitally: it goes on a numbered paper form, signed by the doctor. The same rule applies to everyone, Brazilians included.
What if I leave Brazil before it arrives?
Then it will not reach you in time, and we would rather say so before you pay. The estimate above comes from the postal service and counts working days from dispatch. If your trip ends sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will look at the alternatives with you.
What happens after I pay?
We prepare the parcel and send you the tracking code on WhatsApp so you can follow it. The address you enter at payment is the one we print on the label — do check it.
Can it be sent to another country?
No. The paper prescription is only posted within Brazil, and it is only valid in Brazilian pharmacies. Outside the country it has no use.
